Terms & refund policy
Last updated: November 2026
Who we are
These terms cover the service provided by Misrepresentation Fix, 1363 Progress Way, PO Box 68, Sykesville, MD 21784 (help@misrepresentationfix.com).
What the service is
Misrepresentation Fix reviews the public pages of your online store against Google's published Merchant Center policies and gives you written guidance. It's an independent service and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
No guarantee
Google alone decides whether your account or products are approved or reinstated. We can't guarantee any outcome, and we can only see your public storefront, not your product feed, account history, payment profile or identity verification. You're responsible for the changes you make to your store and to Merchant Center.
Not legal advice
Our reports are practical website guidance, not legal advice. For legal questions about your policies, talk to a qualified professional.
Price and delivery
The free check costs nothing. The full Recovery Report is a one-time payment of $79 (USD) and is delivered by email, normally within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds
If the full report doesn't identify anything actionable on your site, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5–10 business days to arrive.
Acceptable use
Only request checks for stores you own or are authorised to manage. We won't help anyone hide information from Google or get around a suspension (for example by cloaking or opening new accounts). We only help you fix issues.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We aren't liable for lost sales, lost advertising or other indirect losses, including losses from a Merchant Center suspension.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
